in the beginning
OK - this week started off really good at M's house with the usual workout/ weigh-in...lasted until Thursday and all went down hill from there - I so need my routine - once I am out of it can't seem to get back on it - creature of habit for sure (that could fit into my animal)
Tues-weigh in (same as last week 146) had a good catch up and weight workout with lower body and upper body - of course I used my heavy 10lbs weights while the others used the low weights WIMPS- eating went well with my food journal and ate about 1400 cals right were I want to be - scale 6
wed-went on school field trip in the morning but promised myself I would hit the gym after lunch...so wanted to catch up on my PVR/ kitty and it was such a struggle to get out the door but I did manage to get there - was sore from yesterday but did 45 min cardio and lifted weights with the muscles that I could find that were not aching - diet still good - scale 7.5
Thurs- went for a quick workout in morning because of hot lunch - did 1/2 cardio as hard as I could - so glad I went - starving when I got to the school and scarfed down 2 pieces pizza - there goes the cardio calories - scale 8
Friday - kids had off - went to brownie meeting and there was so many treats - scones/ brownies/ shortbread/ chocolate (you wonder why moms and daughters have weight problems - they bring food everywhere...why why why) so needless to say had a white chocolate raspberry scone from fieldstone - it was heavenly and ate DD because she didn't like it..huh - no exercises -BAD
sat and sun - same as last week - no exercise at all and running from sporting event to sporting event - sat night was really bad and Sunday was my sisters b-day which included cheesecake with scor bar on top..once again Delicious...after second piece I thought I would ask my mom exactly how much cream cheese is in this (wondering how guilty I should be feeling) reply 6 boxes of 8oz cream cheese (should never have asked) CRAP
Monday - new day - new week - scared for my WI tomorrow
